I started in IT right out of college working for a contracting company. Wearing many hats at a small company, I soon learned the nuances of business analysis, quality assurance, contract, RFP, and technical writing, and finally project management. I fell in love with project management and grew to be a program manager. I have worked for a total of 4 companies across industries, leading project management and being promoted often. I the age of 34, I became a PMO Director and was promoted to Senior Director 2 years later.

At age 25 I married my college love and had two girls over the next 7 years. Being a working mom has always been a challenge but also a joy. I spend my non-working hours leading Girl Scout meetings, attending Taekwondo classes, doing Pilates and yoga, and playing games. I also love audiobooks!
